(Discharge / Dismissal Records only)

The Discharge Records are what is filed with the courts by your trustee after your
Bankruptcy is complete. The Discharge Records are what is needed for proof that the bankruptcy has been completely discharged or dismissed. (3-5 pages depending on file)

* Schedules & Discharge Records - $34.99
(Schedules, List of creditors, Discharge or Dismissal Papers)

The Bankruptcy Schedules are what is filed with the courts by the your attorney, at the beginning of your bankruptcy.  The Schedules include a list of all creditors listed in the bankruptcy, along with the account numbers, and the dollar amount of the debts. The Discharge Records are also included in this package.

Bankruptcy Schedules and discharge records are usually needed for mortgage purposes, credit reporting errors, & proof for debt collectors.  (15-30 pages)

* Complete Bankruptcy File - $49.99
(All Records Associated with Bankruptcy File)

The Complete File includes all documents filed with the courts by either the Trustee or your attorney in reference to your bankruptcy case. This can include but not limited to Voluntary Petition, List of Creditors, Schedules, Amendments, Meeting of Creditors, Reaffirmation agreement's (if any)Discharge or Dismissal, and Final Decree. (30-70 pages)

*Bankruptcy Records can be obtained by the person whom filed the bankruptcy, a lending institution such as a mortgage company, bank, mortgage brokers, loan officers, creditors named in the bankruptcy, and attorneys. Bankruptcy Records rarely contain a full social security number for security reasons. Usually the bankruptcy records will only contain the last four numbers for verification purposes. Bankruptcy records are sent via fax or e-mail unless otherwise noted on the order to be sent via U.S. Postal Service. Bankruptcy records will be sent promptly after order is complete. Bankruptcy records ordered Monday-Friday before 5:PM (CST) will be sent via e-mail or fax same business day. Orders received after 7:00PM will be sent via e-mail or fax next business day.
